- Junior Analyst in Procurement with growth potential –
Specifically you will:
- Support the team of analysts, Sr Analysts and Category Managers in Procurement in preparing data analysis, setting up tenders, analyzing incoming quotes and preparing savings calculations.
- You will get to learn how to utilize best practice procurement tools and approached in the most feasible way, and you will influence and challenge the procurement organization in this regards.
- As Procurement Junior Analyst you will be part of an exciting transformation journey where your ability to identify, combine, and utilize internal and external data is key to your success.
Facilitate expert sourcing and e-auctions
You will join a team of Procurement Analysts & Sr Analysts, who are all supporting our Category Managers both in their daily work and to make the most of any sourcing project they initiate. Together with your colleagues you ensure that Arla has the best foundation to conduct professional sourcing processes across the global organization. Within this team you are supporting and influencing way of working in Procurement. You play a key role in development of sourcing tools and will also support execution of optimization projects, development of category strategies and opportunities to optimize ways of working within Procurement.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the team of Procurement Analysts and Category Managers in sourcing projects by ensuring they are well prepared and conducted in accordance with most appropriate approaches.
- Preparation of tenders, performing data analysis and preparing savings calculations.
- Identification of improvement opportunities in ways of working Procurement and support implementation of such.
- Becoming an expert within usage of the sourcing toolbox in Arla.
- Creating data transparency and strong analysis foundation for decision making, negotiations and challenge status quo.
Curious mindset & analytical skills:
You are service-minded, have a very curious and analytical mindset, and you are a fast learner. Either you already have experience within sourcing or you are eager to get to know this business area in details and build up knowledge about the sourcing areas which you will support.
Moreover, you:
- Hold a master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, logistics or similar
- Have strong digital and analytical skills are great at crunching numbers.
- Have good knowledge of VBA/advanced excel
- If you are already familiar with Ariba, Power BI and SAP it is a great advantage.
- Have good communication and stakeholder management skills and master English at a professional level.
