We are looking for a junior PMO professional with technical experience, with a passion for getting
things done and with attention to detail, to be responsible for supporting the senior PMO Analyst and
the PMO.
Responsibilities:
- Production of templates
- MI / Data reporting
- Automation of reporting and data collation for the business divisional and group
- Trend analysis
- Data management for reporting
- Working with Project accountant for portfolio financial reporting
- Provide support to the Senior PMO Analyst, to the wider transition and change team, and to senior management when required, including attending and facilitating meetings
- Taking minutes and action points
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including provision of up to date and accurate project information in an easily understood format
- Co-ordinate bid and project change control requests between key stakeholders
- Provide and maintain a repository of project knowledge and lessons learned, making this available as guidance to project teams
- Provide access to up to date standard project documentation, ensuring that SharePoint is used as the standard document repository
- Participate in monitoring project schedules and project budgets
- Monitor resource forecasts and provide information about resource availability for projects
- Provide quality assurance services to projects by tracking and reporting on compliance to project standards
- Support the closure of transition and change team audit actions
- Advanced spoken and written English (C1 level is a must)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Pro-active attitude, ability and adherence to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication, planning and facilitation skills
- Ability to gather and synthesize complex information
- Experience with MS SharePoint - desirable
- Experience with Planview – desirable
- Previous PMO experience is considered as an advantage
