Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate identification, tracking, reporting and payment of obsoletes throughout the Virtual Factory team.
- Manage and coordinate identification, tracking and reporting for BPC SU network.
- Coordinate the provision, communication and release process for entire BPC category for obsoletes management with UEBV planners and finance
- Drive program for obsoletes reduction for BPC category
- Owner of the Obsoletes management process for the category, responsible for driving improvement plan
- Maintain correct obsolete management process across VF planners and copackers
- Set up obsolete communication stream between VF and MSOs
- Codify the ways of working across all 3PM cooperation with VF
- Prepare external sales of obsolescence materials/finished goods through traders with the objective to minimize write offs, manage the trader deal preparation process, support negotiations.
- Propose measures to achieve obsolete targets, and drive action through the rest of category team.
- Manage all reports related to business wastes for VF and BCP category, update power BIs etc.
- Support innovation process to minimize potential obsolete risks
- React to excess stocks reported by 3PMs and coordinate mitigating actions
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (in written and spoken)
- SAP good knowledge (ECC, APO)
- MS Excel, strong analytical skills
- Power query, power BI etc. knowledge
- Ability to manage difficult conversations
- Self-starter and independent worker
