Junior Payroll Accounting Analyst

RtR Junior Financial Analyst in Payroll Team will work with UK stakeholders to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You will provide support for Country Controllers and Team Managers in area of Payroll and Payroll Taxes related subjects.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and posting payroll related data
- Preparing analysis based on payroll data
- Performing month-end closing activities
- Preparing account reconciliations
- Performing monthly controls and cooperation with auditors
- Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting
- Supporting ad hoc requests beyond standard reporting framework
In addition, person on this position will be responsible for:
- Team collaboration and providing support to Process Leader and Team Manager
- Understand and comply with corporate policies and statutory regulations
- Supporting other members of the Payroll team
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accountancy or financial area
- Student / Bachelor's / Master's degree, preferably in accounting or finance, as well as an accountancy qualification (Association of Accountants)
- Payroll or HR Payroll experience is not required but would be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office (good Excel skills).
- Good English communication skills written and spoken (at least B2)
- Attention to details
- Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy.
- Ability to learn new things and quick adaptation to new environment at work
- US GAAP or IFRS knowledge is not required but would be an asset
