Your main responsibilities will be:
- Handling PO and non-PO invoices and credit notes
- Registration of incoming reminders and invoice scanning and verification
- Contact with vendors
- Team cooperation to improve processes
- Participating in cross-department projects and other accounting tasks as requested by the executive.
- Assisting internal clients as well as their customers and vendors
What we expect from you:
- Finance and accounting / economic or similar area education
- Advanced English knowledge in speech and writing
If you know other languages like German, Dutch, French or Scandinavian we will make sure you make good use of it.
- Analytical thinking

- Organizational skills
- Understanding company’s values
- Good knowledge of computer programs
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP will be a major plus
