Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Hard skills related:
- Perform respective OTC monthly activities with adherence to written procedures (sub-ledger accounts reconciliation, applying payments, preparing statements, perform collection related activities, issuing invoices etc.)
- Experienced in any of O2C : cash application/ dispute management/ collections/ customer service/ billing
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders as required
Soft skills related:
- Good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
- High level of communication skills : written (emails) and Customer meetings
- Multitasking
- Flexibility, especially during month end and quarter end
- Passion and willingness to learn and deliver through Operational Excellence
- Ability to adjust to dynamic environment
- Very good English
- Working knowledge of OTC processes (min. 6 months)
- Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus
- Analytical skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment and time preasure
- Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an asset
- MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (Oracle)
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
