Junior L2 End User Support Engineer with English
Location: Polska, Gdańsk

Your tasks:
- Providing 2nd line support for an international customer
- Troubleshooting and configuring Microsoft Windows System
- Liaising with users from different departments
- Analysing and solving problems
- Escalation of major problems to 3rd line support
Our requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Experience in PC/laptops configuration (software and hardware)
- As a minimum, basic knowledge of Domain and TCP/IP
- Problem solving oriented with good communication skills
- Able to work on shifts (between 06:00 am and 07:00 pm)
