Junior IT Support Agent/ IT Support Agent with German
As a member of this team you will be responsible for:
User Support in various SAP and non-SAP Group Applications
Receiving and responding to support tickets, incoming calls, and e-mails regarding application problems
Building the connection with business partners
Identification, failure analysis and problem solving by phone or email
Processing of Incidents to other support groups
Your profile:
Fluent written and spoken German, English on a communicative level will be an asset
Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
No experience is needed, but interest in technical support will be appreciated.
General knowledge of ERP applications and concepts will be a great value
Would be an asset:
Experience in Incident / Problem Management for various SAP Modules
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors
ITIL v3 certificate
