You will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for numbers and attention to detail, responsible for analysing project processes and data, formulating and executing solutions to data challenges. Communication skills both written and spoken are essential.
- Suggesting improvements to Implementation data processes
- Ensuring time is recorded promptly and accurately in the time recording system
- Performs Implementation data processes, including the following:
- Transforming received data to required formats and structures
- Supporting loads of transformed data to target systems
- Analysing received, transformed, and migrated data
- Performing any system configuration operations required for service migration or provision
- Recording issues in appropriate logs and escalating where required to line manager, previous administrator, ops etc.
- Liaising with other teams, internal or external, to perform handover operations
- Performing ad-hoc or unusual Implementation data processes when they arise
- A good command of Microsoft Excel
- Advanced spoken and written English (C1 level is a must)
- Ability to analyse data requirements and specifications or documentation to translate into internal processes, configuration and setup
- Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
- Ability to prioritise work and escalate issues when appropriate
