Junior Human Resources Specialist

Junior Human Resources Specialist will report directly to Human Resources & General Services Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Support ongoing recruitment processes; coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screening interviews, taking part in assessment/development centers, performing reference checks, preparing job offers and letters of intent, sending thank you letters to candidates
- Preparing and updating employment records and documentation related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers or promotions, using human resources management system software in a timely manner
- Monitoring occupational medicine check-ups and organizing health & safety trainings
- Monitoring staff absences
- Ensuring that data in software for time management are correct and up to date
- Ensuring new hire documentation is completed and processed
- Maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee e-mail addresses, job titles or performance evaluation forms
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring a motivational climate in the organization
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience gained in international environment
- Strong numerical and interpersonal skills
- Experience gained in payroll outsourcing company will be strong asset
- Basic knowledge of labor law and HR practices
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Business orientation with strong commercial focus
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluency in English
