Depending on your professional interests and skillset, your tasks could include pre-employment screening calls, supporting new and existing contactors, providing advice on various HR processes, among many other exciting daily challenges.
Depending on the business area and project you decide to join, your tasks will include – but will not be limited to – the ones listed below.
Screening:
- Demonstrating strong and effective English verbal and written communication skills
- Completing employment screening to conclusion
- Data entry / administrative work
- Following and maintaining process and screening procedures in line with client requirements
- Identificating and highlighting risk through investigation
Onboarding
- Providing responses to queries from new joiners, existing contractors and Recruitment Teams
- Agreeing start dates with recruitment team and Hiring Managers
- Issuing contracts and chasing contract returns as appropriate
Contactor Care
- Becoming an expert in the processes and systems that impact the contractor including but not limited to, timesheet error, expenses and holiday
- Understanding the existing customer service model deployed to major clients
- Providing guidance and information to contractors on process, procedural, legislative and payroll issues
- Being a student or a graduate
- Fluent spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
- Analytical skills
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner in the English language
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and admin skills; have the ability to multitask
- Paying attention to details
- Familiarity with IT technologies
- High ethical standards
