Junior HR Delivery Specialist / Success Factors

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferable in HR area
- Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
- At least 1 year of experience in HR area within SSC/BPO
- Experience in working with HR Systems
- Ability to gather, analyze and establish key patterns and deviations in data
- Knowledge of at least 1 HR system
- Strong Ms. Office skills, in particular Ms. Excel: formulas, pivot tables, data presentation tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Analytical skills
- Willingness to develop test, HR system
- Good communication skills, Ability to work within a team
Responsibilities:
- Act as a super user responsible for training and support of end users
- Be responsible for data analysis and reports creation
- Ensure data quality in the system
- Perform power user activities, such as mass data uploads and downloads
- Support the further implementation and improvement of Success Factors modules
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Perform administrative duties such as developing PowerPoint presentations and maintaining spreadsheets
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
