Job Description
As HR Coordinator you will be part of dynamic, internationalHR Program Management Office. You will be responsible for managing andfacilitating all aspects of the end to end contingent workforce insourcingprocess for client users, utilizing Vendor Management System.
You will:
- develop relationships with client users across the business (InternalCustomers, IT,HR)
- establish partnership with participating suppliers
- utilize a VMS application to facilitate and manage the end to endcontingent workforce process through: review validation and distribution of therequisitions to participating suppliers, screening of resumes for skills,availability and rate match; shortlisting the candidates for clientconsideration; coordination of the interview process; overseeing theon-boarding process; managing the time entry and approval process
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, human resources or equivalent
- Experience with recruitment inIT sector or HR administration processes
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Very good/perfect command of English is a MUST
