We are looking for:
Junior HR Coordinator
Place of work: Kraków
We need:
- A person with HR experience (min 1 year) and/ or education
- Very good skills in English language, both speaking and writing
- Good skills in Norwegian speaking and writing or motivation to learn it
- A person that is willing to use some time in Norway for training
- A person with good verbal and written communication skills
- A team oriented and cooperative person
- A person with a talent for HR tasks and issues, that could evolve and take on more complicated HR work over time
Your responsibilities:
- Administration of jobseekers and maintenance of data in recruitment system
- Administration help to HR Business Partners, regarding recruitment tasks:
- Posting of new positions on recruitment system
- Registration of new employees in HR system.
- Administration of interviews
- CV verification
- Administration and improvement of the HR Intranet pages
- Scanning of HR archive
- Other miscellaneous HR work
