Junior HR and Payroll Specialist with Spanish

• Perform tasks and functions ordered by supervisor
• Handling employees' queries via phone, chat and mail
• Accomplish and report the status of all required training
• Contact with Spanish governmental entities
• Creating, reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation
• Archiving all the necessary documents both in electronic form
• Preparing reports concerning the personnel administration process

• have an excellent command of English and Spanish
• have Bachelors' / Masters' degree
• are open-minded, positive and stress-resistant person
• have can-do attitude
• have basic MS Office product knowledge
• have customer orientation
• have SAP/SuccessFactors and ServiceNow knowledge - as an asset!
