Preparing employee contracts and other documents related to employment

Updating data in PeopleSoft and other HR systems

Contact with internal customers and providing support regarding HR topics

Preparing analysis and reports regarding employee administration

Employee administration process review and constant improvement

Providing support for Schneider Electric employees regarding HR topics

Respecting quality indicators

Fluent Spanish and a good command of English

University degree or final-year students (educational background related to HR will be an asset)

Experience in Customer Service/Call Center will be an asset
