For our Client, international corporation, leader of SSC/BPO, we are looking for (Junior) HR Administrator with fluent English and German or French knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and administrating the Management and Leadership Development Programs;
- Basic accounting;
- Providing the structure and correctness of outgoing communication;
- Performing changes in database;
- Preparing HR related documents, according to co-worker’s request and existing agreements;
- Reviewing and recording travel expenses;
- Auditing T&E documents (receipts, respect of company policy, VAT);
- Supporting employees with answering their questions from the HR area;
- Reporting.

Requirements:
- Educational background in Finances/HR;
- Very good command of German or French;
- Very good English skills;
- Experience in the field of HR administration or Customer Care;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Very good communication skills.
