About the programme:
FDM's Graduate Programme is designed for anyone who has graduated from university and is looking for an opportunity to learn new skills, gain an attractive position with no prior experience, a chance to start working for their dream company or a way to increase their earnings. FDM has been in business for more than 30 years and has so far provided jobs to more than 5,500 employees worldwide.
Once qualified for the programme, graduates can look forward to an intensive 7-14 weeks of training to gain new qualifications. Classes are taught by recognised experts in their fields, certified teachers, but also long-time practitioners. If the candidate passes the training successfully, we offer the opportunity to gain practical experience, during a minimum of 18 months working for one of the companies that cooperate with us.
We welcome candidates from all faculties and universities, and we do not require any previous experience, only an interest in learning and then working full-time. Graduates start earning as early in their training as any regular employee. We recruit all the time and have programme start dates throughout the year.
About the position:
In this position, you will join our banking client immediately after training and will be able to apply your knowledge to a wide range of finance-related projects. Therefore, in this case we require a degree in banking, accounting, economics, finance.
Your responsibilities will be related to, among other things, BAU processes in the SME sector, risk and compliance control, analysis and auditing of processes and data, implementation of new technologies and ways of working in finance. The training will further equip you with the ability to use specific tools and knowledge of how to work with clients.
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field
- English language skills (at least B2 level)
- Permit to work in Poland
- Willingness to work for 18 months
- Be available on a full-time basis
- Undergo a qualification process to check your motivation and aptitude
- 7 weeks of intensive training by qualified staff, with salary from the first day of training
- A minimum of 18 months of employment with one of our clients, leading Polish and international companies
- Opportunity to retrain or acquire additional skills to enable you to work in a new profession
