Our client is a global financial institution offering services in three main sectors: Wealth Management, Asset Management and Investment Banking. Teams in Krakow collaborate across many Company's locations and business divisions working on projects with an international scope in finance, analytics, operations, risk,legal and compliance, IT, marketing and quality.
Due to their rapid expansion we are currently looking for candidates to take a part in 12 months accelerated program where you will gain cross-functional experience.

Requirements:
- University degree and availability for full time work
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work accurately while meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent analytical, communication and presenting skills
- Ability to work within a multinational team in a fast-moving environment
- Strong aptitude for numbers and figures
- Experience within the financial services will be an asset (i.e. internship)
- Ability to work on own initiative with a high degree of innovation
