Our financial services client is looking for recent graduates who are fluent in Italian and English to join their teams and have a variety of Finance Operations roles available focusing on issues such as Risk, Regulation and Compliance.
As a transfer agency analyst, you will play a vital role in the overall success of our client’s organization. You will assist institutional investors around the globe manage risk, drive performance and profitability and respond to market challenges.
You will be part of the first line of defense for a business, helping to ensure the company remains safe from exposure to criminal activity and compliant with regulating authorities. You will become an expert in conducting client due diligence, also known as Know Your Customer (KYC), monitoring and reporting transactions to regulators.
After completing your training with FDM, you will join the teams of one of our financial services clients, playing an important role in the overall success of the organization. Across the globe, institutional investors will rely on you and your team to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
Some of your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Handling of complex calls and queries to meet client requirements in a timely and accurate manner
- Quality control of processed transactions and client correspondence
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of management and client reporting
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and systems
- Exercise due care and diligence and comply with the regulatory regimes in which IFDS operates
- Continuously review processes and practices relating to the role and act as a catalyst for change and improvement
- Quality control and oversight of transactions processed and client correspondence
- Resolve or escalate client issues promptly and support resolution as necessary
We ask you have:
- University degree (final score of ‘dobry’ and above) – all degrees are welcome
- Eligibility to work in Poland
- Preferred Italian level C1 or above
- Preferred English level B2 or above
- Demonstrable passion for technology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Motivation, ambition and drive to succeed
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Interest in working within Krakow
- Commitment to an 18-months contract with FDM upon completion of the training period
- Commercially relevant paid training
