Junior CRM Analyst

What will you do?
- As Junior CRM Analyst, you help our internal clients to build, maintain and expand their client contact lists on our CRM database. This includes analyzing database quality and composition, tracking updates and changes to executive contacts, and researching gaps in contact information
- You support internal clients in launching email campaigns such as newsletters, conference invitations, research papers, and provide advice to ensure best possible quality of all outgoing communication
- You work with our CRM team to analyze and document database composition and coverage, data quality, client outreach and campaign success, and other metrics.
Our requirements
- Education: University degree or previous work experience in CRM
- Strong communication and English skills, orally, over the phone and via email
- Advanced MS Office skills with deep knowledge in MS Excel. Knowledge of HTML and experience in email layout are a plus
- Strong problem solving skills, analytical thinking and ability to work efficiently with large sets of data, i.e., data structuring, consolidation, analysis and quality control
- Self-driven team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent client service orientation allowing to build trustworthy relationships with others
- Flexibility with timings to accommodate Americas and EMEA internal clients. Willingness to work on an afternoon shift (12:30-21:00)
