Given our expansion plans in a number of sectors and the addition of some exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:
The main role will be to take responsibility for the rent & service charge collection for properties managed on behalf of UK client. Duties will include frequent contacts mainly by phone and email with tenants based in UK.
Members of Credit Control / Collections team will be responsible for monitoring tenant arrears, managing and assigning tenant queries, updating relevant databases, categorising and analysing debt, ensuring call targets are met and preparing various reports
