Working as part of a dynamic and growing European Tactical Procurement Team, the Junior Contract Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of high quality and effective Vendor Managed Office (VMO) Service to Capita Procurement Solutions clients.
The VMO service delivers contract management services to our clients, allowing them to have a single repository for their contracts. We provide standard reporting as to when contracts are due for renewal, highlight supply and commercial risk, and monitor contract performance.

input contract data into templates; upload and maintain a contract database

collate data, develop and maintain contract-supplier performance scorecards

produce client reports that highlight contract risk and measure ongoing contract performance

assess contracts and identify key contract terms, conditions, clauses and areas of commercial risk

The individual will need to be flexible and be able to adapt to different policies, contracts, assess and mark up documents against best practice from a legal and commercial point of view.
