Purpose of the role:
Jacobs’ Compensation Analyst career path provides you with an opportunity to develop your career in the Total Rewards and Human Resources department in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
- You will assist the global reward team in:
- Administration and submission of salary surveys
- Development of salary ranges
- Job evaluation and market pricing
- Annual and mid-year salary review processes
- Monitoring the Minimum Wages and Real Living Wages as well as meeting the requirements of Gender Pay Gap reporting in UK
- Administration of variable pay programs
- Cooperation with Payrolls, HR Reporting teams
- Response to Compensation related questions
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis with ability to draw conclusions from the data.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Human Resources or Accounting
- At least one year of experience in Compensation area (international environment is a plus)
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Ability to work with and respect highly sensitive/confidential data.
- Strong Excel/Power Point skills
- Ability to think critically, analyze data, solve problems and work independently. Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills. Willingness to learn new things.
