Health & Benefits Support Analyst provides administration support to the UK Health & Benefits teams who advise Corporate clients on their Life Assurance, Disability, Medical Insurance and Pension Plans. This work is primarily carried out through the use of the Health & Benefits web based system (TBS), which is used to store all plan information and act as an interface between insurers, clients and ourselves.
- Carrying out administration tasks through the use of dedicated web based system workflows.
- Checking information received from insurers against the information held on the system records.
- Performing calculations using information available on the system.
- Drafting communications to be issued to insurers or clients.
- Updating plan information on TBS.
- Working closely with the UK teams to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard.
- Fluent English - C1 Level;
- Demonstrable experience in customer support, data analysis;
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to details;
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is a must);
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work and communicate in the culturally diverse team;
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math would be an asset;
