Primary Responsibilities
The role purpose is to support the Corporate Reward function in the management of key processes, analyses and projects.
Specifically, the jobholder will:
- Under guidance, coordinate Corporate C&B processes including, Salary planning, benchmarking, Annual Bonus and Long Term Incentives,
- Under guidance, develop and provide expertise in policies and processes in pay and benefits, and expatriate, providing support to all SGS geographies,
- Support the International C&B manager with adhoc analysis, projects and processes.

- International Compensation & Benefits Manager

Profile
The ideal candidate can demonstrate competence in the following areas:

Prior experience in C&B is not required. Graduates or professionals with an interest in C&B may apply for this role.
Skills
Technical skills:
- A high level of competence with Excel is essential. The level is advanced: facility with formulae, charting, vlookups, pivot tables.
- The jobholder requires competence with other MSOffice applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and should be able to the Internet to research.
- Competence with Access is desirable, but not essential.
- The jobholder is required to be literate in English in addition to their native language and highly numerate.
Analysis:
- The jobholder will be able quickly to interpret, analyze and present data in a logical way that demonstrates an understanding of the audience.
Planning & Organizing:
- The jobholder will create and coordinate simple project plans for Global processes.
- The incumbent will be able to cooperate and collaborate with people across all SGS geographies, to deliver plans effectively and to deadlines.
