For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Junior Administration Specialist
Location: Warszawa
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking care of office documents workflow (invoice, correspondence, archiving)
- Handling of correspondence
- Ordering of stationery & small equipment for our employees(stamps, business cards, letterhead)
- Liaising astounding relationships with suppliers and contractors in scope of above goods and services
- Being a point of contact as an internal reception support Handling full process of access cards preparation
- Being an active part of new department projects
We are looking for you, if you:
- are final years student or graduate
- have fluent use of English
- present excellent client service approach
- have good planning and ability to prioritize tasks
- pay attention to details and tenacity to get things done
- have ability to work under time pressure and use multitasking skills
- are proactive and present problem solving approach
- have very good knowledge of MS Office
