Our client, a world-leading FMCG company was established in 2012 Finance Shared Services Centre in Krakow. Due to their continued success and expansion in Poland, we are seeking for candidates interested in joining a challenging project and performing advanced AP role.
PTP Accountant is responsible for recognition of incoming invoices and contact with internal customer and vendors, reconciliation account balances of vendors and accounts of employees, payments preparing and accruals.
Main duties:
- Ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded and agree to required documentation
- Gaining authorization for payment & prepare payments
- Requesting, receiving and processing credit memos
- Contacting suppliers to monitor payment terms
- Requesting statements of accounts from suppliers
- Resolving suppliers queries
- Supporting the team in the month end processes
- Academic graduate (preferable Finance & Accounting) - other disciplines will be considered
- Min. one year of experience in a financial sector
- Good command in English and Spanish
- Practical knowledge of MS Office & Windows
- Very good general understanding of the processes in scope
- Strong intercultural competence
