The role is part of the Capita Poland finance team, reporting to the Finance Director.

Account Payable and Receivables master data set up and validation

Processing supplier and customer invoices

Employee travel and expenses validation and processing

Performing ad hoc balance sheet reconciliations
-
Contribute into annual forecasting process
-
Maintain appropriate accounting records (including balance sheet reconciliations) & ensure the General ledger is suitably up to date

Produce detailed financial basic analysis and interpretation, to support the Finance Director, in effectively managing the business and achieving Group targets

Process accounts payable invoices through UK and Polish statutory ledger

To review in accordance to company procedures and reconcile of employees’ expenses

To maintain up-to-date vendor / customer master data

Maintain service charges and reconciliation requests; run appropriate accounts receivable process and invoicing

Liaise with F&A statutory service provider on accounting supporting documentation, queries, reconciliations, reports required

Maintain an effective relationship with the Local and Group Finance team

Have excellent spoken and written English language communication skills

Have an experience in work for international organisation or familiarity with the international work culture

Have experience in Accounting (considered an asset)

Are self-starter, able to prioritise tasks and work to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
