Junior Accountant in Accounts Receivable with German
Workplace: Kraków
Key responsibilities:
- Timely execution of cash application activities
- Issuing invoices in accordance with defined processes and client's requirements
- Monitoring the receivables, reconciling the balances with customers
- Prepares and follows up balance confirmation letters
- Handles day-to-day activities and refers the most delicate matters to the superior
- Perform control activities in line with client's procedures and policies
- Be in contact appropriate credit control departments
- Supporting audits (documents, queries)
- Preparing Month End Close reports
- Maintaining regular relationship with customers and client
- Very good English and German
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to organize the responsibilities
- Experience in a similar position will be an asset
- Education in Finance and/or Accounting will be an asset
- Good operational knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) will be an asset
