Java Technical Lead

Responsibilites
- Participation in the product(s) transition - lead SW development transition
- Assist in project configuration and requirements management processes
- Participation in requirement definition/analysis, architectural design and development
- Taking a key role in the estimation and planning processes
- Promoting and implement Build Quality In approach - clean code discipline, test automation, continuous integration/deployment
- Analyzing development and release process to propose improvements
- Eliminating all the waste including manual testing and excessive documentation
- Creating and choosing right tools that will help the development team deliver things faster and with higher quality
Requirements
- Experience in core Java, UNIX platforms, test automation
- Experience with RDBMS; understanding of DB design principles and concepts
- Strong experience in code refactoring
- Strong OOP skills and ability to propose design and implement changes in complex systems
- Understanding of Test/ Behavior Driven Development and Specification by Example
- Ability to continuously improve agile process
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
