We are looking for motivated software professionals for Java Software Engineer positions. The challenges you will face include support of various software specification, developing, maintaining and testing processes.
Java Software Engineer works under general direction and interprets internal/external business issues and recommends best practice in own discipline. Plans, designs and executes items in own area. Coordinates own activities within responsibility area.
Position Requirements:
Must have:
- knowledge of Java SE or/and J2EE
- knowledge of Object Oriented software design paradigms, design patterns;
- knowledge of data bases (Oracle, SQL);
- familiarity with UNIX or/and Linux operating system;
- knowledge of software development processes and tools;
- good communication in English (both written and spoken);
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or an equivalent education;
- readiness to relocate to Wroclaw, living in or nearby.
Nice to have:
- knowledge of one or more of: EJB 3, JSF, JavaScript, CSS, SVN/GIT;
- knowledge of XML;
- knowledge of mobile telecommunications;
- knowledge of Scrum or other Agile methodologies;
- other skills, professional knowledge and work experience will be an asset.
