ITS Performance Manager

Main missions
- Software Asset management (priority 1)
- to support Group and BUs in their software strategies definition, to endorse those strategies and support Group and BUs in their implementation, including Use-Cases analysis and consumption forecasts
- to contribute to global and local Software contract managements, purchases and renewal strategies and negotiations
- to drive the software costs reduction software contract life cycle and across the different entities
- In order to do so:
- To design, implement and follow-up the autotomised monitoring and reporting systems from global and local software consumptions (according to each software package or licences contract and business model) to BUs' software consumptions and monitoring dashboards
- To design, implement and follow-up accordingly the internal re invoicing scheme, software per software (including within some particular project cases) from group costs to BUs' costs and from local BUs' costs to project benefiting from the design services of those Bus
- To organise, manage and follow up (in close relation-ship with FIN) the Budget process according to Softwares costs
- ITS finance controlling (priority 2)
- To design, implement and follow-up (in close relationship with the Finance Directorate) the ITS finance controlling scheme, to capture all types of ITS costs expensed within Business Units and Corporate Directorates
- To design, implement and follow-up monitoring tool to progressively give a 360° vision of ITS costs within the Group and to put the Group in position to progressively monitor, reduce or optimise those costs
- ITS Global performance (priority 3)
- Progressively capture and develop KPI to monitor and reports on non-financial ITS performance, in particular in Users' experience, SLA and ticketings, TMA, ITS incidents and Security, Green IT etc.
Main hard skills

- Agility with digital management tools, dashboards and monitoring systems
- Full English
- Engineering Design Production management, Production controls and/or Project management/controls and/or Experience in Finance controlling, in particular for ITS
- Nice to have
- Knowledges in some/main production softwares used within SYSTRA, Knowledges in 'Common Data Environment' and or 'Information management'
- Knowledges in Finance controlling
- Knowledge of the SYSTRA FINANCE ERP (SPOT)
- Knowledge of SYSTRA organisation and operating modes
