Job description:
- Providing Incident/Problem/Change Management tasks in accordance with global and local requirements
- Manages the process issues across international environment and external suppliers to meet the local SLAs
- Support reporting - KPIs and customer SLAs
- Cooperation with Global Management in identifying and planning process improvement
- Participation in Global management team to standardize enabling off-shore targets
- Ability to speak English/German/French/Dutch B2+
- University degree in IT Discipline or equivalent in years of progressive experience in enterprise level IT environments
- Minimum a year of Change/Incident/Problem Management experience
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000 (certification not required, but is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with multiple levels of an organization
- Excellent ability to manage priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
- High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
