IT Support Specialist
Location: Kraków i okolice
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day technical support of the maintained systems
Deploying and preparing software
Analysing and recording problems as the first-line support
Taking ownership and care of technical issues
Organising trainings for customers, as required
Documenting troubleshooting and problem solving procedures
Requirements:
Basic requirements:
Experience in MS Windows XP/7/8 operating systems
Knowledge of MS Windows Server operating systems
Knowledge of Linux operating systems
Basic knowledge of SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, LAN/WAN technology
Good writing and speaking skills in English
Ability to work effectively in a team
Desired requirements:
Knowledge of computer hardware
Experience in IT systems helpdesk or deployments
Good interpersonal skills
Readiness work in flexible working hours (24/7 support for IT systems but only on the phone at your place – such a shift is always extra paid)
