This function includes the 1st and 2nd level support for all European TJX Processing Centres (Germany, UK and Poland) either remotely or locally. This function includes all kinds of IT-services within all business areas split in a 2 shift pattern (morning shift 7-15 and late shift 14-22) changing on a weekly basis.

Being the first point of contact for any IT related issues within the TJXE Processing centres

Responsible for all P1 systems across the TJX Europe Processing Centres with escalating to the right parties and being responsible for updates to the business and TJX Level 3 support

Log incidents with IT Helpdesk through software applications or phone
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Basic knowledge of AS400 Knowledge about Apple hardware and software fixes
- Experience working in a distribution / supply chain environment would be a benefit
