Solving and documenting problems reported by Store;
Maintaining the list of requests and tickets;
Cooperating with external IT service providers and service companies;

English - good and Hungarian-expert
Interest in the IT subject
Good knowledge of issues related to computer hardware, Windows operating systems and office software
