We are looking an IT Specialist to work out of built factory and offices in Sosnowiec. Our client's global company with offices in the USA, UK and Sweden so a good command of the English language is essential both written and verbal.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of service & support through performing routine checks as well as the delivery of IT installations in a manufacturing environment.
Some of the duties involved in this role will include general user administration, desktop rebuilds and maintenance, general helpdesk duties (call logging and escalation) - so excellent communication skills are essential, software and hardware support, setting up new users & responding within agreed time limits to calls.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and customer focused, with experience of providing advice and guidance to customers over the telephone, e-mail and in person with a proven track record of service delivery as well as being an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability of working within a demanding environment and be able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft certifications will be considered an advantage.
