Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- 2 years experience in Help desk, customer service, and support with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills.
- Willingness to Learn
Your responsibilities:
- Takes ownership of escalations and customer complaints
- Takes active part in changes and process implementations
- Prepares and conducts new service introductions
- Route problems to internal support staff
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution
- Keep track of request and make sure they are implemented as planned
- Participate in change management process
- Participate in projects concerning bigger desktop changes, for example roll-out of new antivirus
- Have some level of technical understanding of the products building up a desktop service
- Provides training of the Service Desk staff locally and remotely
- Participate in in-depth incident handling
