For our Client in Wrocław we are looking for
IT Service Network Lead
The IT Network Service Lead is responsible for the Design, Architecture Standards,Implementation and Service Level Management of the IT network (data, security,voice and video) for the company.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading the design and architecture standards
- Setting strategic and technical direction for data, voice and video network hardware and systems
- Leading the implementation
- Providing recommendations on viability, implementation strategies and optimal implementation of solutions
- Responsible for the documentation quality (processess, procedures, workinstructions, design)
- Leading the run service. Work with internal teams and external service providers to manage the network run and delivering continued maintenance, support ofrouters, WAN, network accelerators, LAN and switches , wireless, VPN,firewalls, proxy, reverse proxy and anyvoice components including IPT tools (Microsoft Lync, Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber) and telepresence
- Investigating and resolving network and hardware matters of significance
- Researching, analyzing, isolating and resolving errors
- Managing network vendor relationships: consistently measuring performance and service levels delivered by network suppliers.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Computer Science or equivalent as a minimum requirement
- PMP/PMI or Prince2
- ITIL foundation certification
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)/Cisco Certified NetworkProfessional (CCNP)
- Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA)/ Microsoft CertifiedSolutions Expert (MCSE)
- Deep and substantial operational experience with enterprise network, security and voice/video systems, protocols and relatedservices
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and managing network service level agreements -attending meetings and review sessions with major Telecom and cloud suppliers
