Your responsibilities
- Supporting the installation / management / maintenance / optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IT Service Build or IT Service Delivery.
- Participating in the definition of service, costs, schedules and delivering IT activities within assigned budget.
- Driving excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction with IT services, in line with strategic and tactical needs, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps and influencing stakeholder perceptions of the relevant IT services.
- Leading Endpoint (including end user devices e.g. laptops, desktop, mobile devices etc.) protection (EPP) and defense response (EDR) service activities to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with IT Enterprise Architecture, Information Security and IT Guidelines and Directives.
- Researching, designing and developing additional cyber security/protection technologies.
- Leading the design and execution of IT solution/service delivery by internal IT delivery and IT operations team members, as well as external third-party IT service suppliers.
- Excellent understanding of malware and operating system vulnerabilities.
- Monitoring the EPP/EDR environment and working with third party service providers to effectively and rapidly respond to security threats and alerts.
- Responsibility for EPP/EDR product planning, management, strategy and roadmap.
- Make key decisions on capacity modeling and forecasts.
- Create business cases to identify and recommend security product offerings.
- Lead requirements gathering and management and provide advanced interpretation and recommendations.
Your background
- More than 3 years of experience in service management, working as Service Manager or Technical Lead with international company.
- Expert knowledge of EPP and EDR solutions (McAfee, Microsoft Defender, ATP etc.), encryption technologies, desktop firewalls and associated security controls.
- Proven experience with building, maintaining, reviewing all configs/settings/policies on security technologies.
- Ability to design solutions for addressing gaps in an existing security architecture.
- Experience in working with cross-functional, virtual and international teams and manage multiple demands on time and with provided resources.
- A collaborative, solutions- and customer-service-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proven capabilities to manage external vendors.
- A relevant certification in respective technical areas.
