IT Service Desk Specialist
Workplace: Warszawa
- IT service and support for employees (help desk – coordination of requests and informing users about current IT status)
- Performing remote troubleshooting
- Maintaining computers and application
- Diagnosis and solving of IT equipment - related difficulties
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Preparing new workstations (installation, configuration of software, creating accounts and transferring data)
- Training of a new employees
- Participation in projects managed by IT Department locally and globally
- Knowledge of system architecture will be an asset
- At least one year of experience in IT support area (or related position)
- Good command of English and Polish
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Very good command of operational systems (MS Windows 10)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture
- Good knowledge of SFTP environment
- Knowledge of MS Win Server 2012/2016 including AD, DNS and DHCP will be an asset
- Willingness to develop and extend professional knowledge connected with informational technology
- Customer oriented thinking
- Very good communication skills
- Good work management, independence and problem-solving abilities
