In this role you will be: cooperating with managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preference, sourcing applicants who meet the specified criteria for the positions within IT area,checkingcandidates pre-qualification (application screening, phone interviewing), delivering suitable Candidates in response to the assigned requisitions. Additionally, you will be preparing various recruitment reports as required, taking a proactive approach and building pipeline of candidates for particular roles. What is more while performing your duties you will bebuilding strong positive relations with candidates as well as internal clients, promoting the brand on the market and cooperating with teams worldwide.
If you have experience in recruiting at least 1-2 years and you are looking for new challenges, this could be something for you. In our Client´s project you would be able to work for a well-known global brand and develop your skills in the IT recruitment field.
You will be successful in this role if you have: excellent Swedish communication skills, both written & verbal, good English as well as proven track record in providing recruitment services for a range of positions. Additionally, highly desired are your good organizational skills, ability to maintain high level of accuracy and to work to tight deadlines in dynamic environment. Experience in recruitment and sourcing for senior technical roles will be an asset.
