Remote Poland
- Full recruitment life cycle management from sourcing to onboarding
- End-to-end candidate management: direct sourcing, attraction, selection, onboarding, pipelining
- Client management: gathering job requirements, conducting intake meetings, participating in various briefings, attending client interviews, advising on candidate selection
- Job writing, posting, application screening
- Cooperating with recruitment agencies
- Conducting phone, skype & F2F interviews
- Scheduling interviews, delivering feedback
- Managing offers: negotiation, extension & closure
- Participating in employment branding activities & career fairs
- Facilitating referral program
- Cooperating with a law firm on employee onboarding/relocation matters
- Supporting contract tenders by preparing high volume blind CVs
- Updating internal database, preparing reports
- Proven experience in a similar role in IT / Technical Recruitment
- Experience in agency recruitment is preferable
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with direct sourcing
- Fluency in English
- Effective time-management and organizational abilities
- Experience in working in fast-paced environment
- Valid EU / PL work permit
- Competitive remuneration (UoP - 7500 - 12 000 PLN gross, B2B - 9000 - 15 000 PLN net monthly + VAT) + monthly bonus for direct search placements
