Opis stanowiska
- Responsibility for recruitment and selection of candidates for openings in our company
- Starting with posting job ads, searching for suitable candidates, followed by candidate pre-screening and interviews
- Participation on our ongoing recruitment campaign, you will be partially in charge of communication with personal and recruitment agencies or other suppliers
- The role also covers related HR admin agenda, supporting managers, market research and participation on pre-sales activities

Wymagania
- We are looking for independent and motivated individual who is interested in IT recruitment as part-time IT Recruiter
- You will be allowed for 100% home office alongside the other benefits provided by Soitron
- Suitable candidate would have preferably at least 2 years of working experience in IT recruitment
- Fluent English is must
- Flexibility, responsibility, organizational skills and time management are required
- Open minded, easy going, friendly and helpful personality is essential
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing manager’s needs, ability to be proactive and shape manager’s expectations
- Willing to work in a smaller team, with friendly atmosphere consisted of young people
- Understanding of IT field is advantage
