Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Informatics, Informatics or similar disciplines
- Very good knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
- International, practical experience in IT projects and IT demand management in major organizations
- General understanding of workplace IT infrastructure and strong affinity to IT
- Good knowledge SAP (familiarity with various SAP modules: HR, FI, MM, SRM will be an asset)
- Knowledge of Procurement / Revenue Accounting IT systems will be an asset
- General understanding of workplace IT infrastructure
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Flexibility and high willingness to travel
Responsibilities:
The IT Migration Manager will be responsible for all IT aspects of a LGBS process migration - currently focusing on Finance, HR, Procurement and/or Revenue Accounting processes - from a Lufthansa group entity to the LGBS throughout the complete migration cycle of preparation, transition, and stabilization phase.
- Ensuring that the right hardware components (PCs, Printers etc.) are in place
- Ensuring that all applications needed for the process performance are accessible
- Ensuring that roles and rights within these applications are correct and that the users have access to the applications
- Onsite-support during the go-live phase
- Coordination of all workers council issues
- Coordination with group companies’ IT those responsible
- Participation in kick-off meetings with the group companies
- Conducting IT break-out sessions with the group companies’ IT those responsible
- Work independently in his/her area of responsibility (an absolute must)
