Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Informatics, Informatics or similar disciplines
  • Good knowledge of English (both oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of German (both oral and written)
  • International, practical experience in IT projects and IT demand management in major organizations
  • General understanding of workplace IT infrastructure and strong affinity to IT
  • Good knowledge SAP (familiarity with various SAP modules: HR, FI, MM, SRM will be an asset
  • Knowledge of Procurement / Revenue Accounting IT systems will be an asset
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Planning the detail of the migration IT activities with the overall migration lead as well as with the local transition team and center mobilization experts
  • Planning task allocation to resources and set priorities, adhering to corresponding time and cost/ budget restrictions
  • Planning and coordinating IT readiness tests
  • Taking over individual project planning and execution of IT project management
  • Taking responsibility and ownership for the IT demand management and operation of LGBS business applications
  • Gathering functional requirements regarding the IT setup required to operate the business processes out of the Company center or BPO locations
  • Proactively developing and proposing solution concepts for new business applications meeting Company needs in cooperation with technical experts, business departments and solution providers
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of new solutions
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes
  • Driving the gap analysis between as-is and to-be IT capabilities to its successful sign off in order to ensure that entity/ country specifics are accounted for in the to-be IT-landscape for HR management, Finance and Accounting, Procurement and/or Revenue Accounting
  • Establishing strong working relationships with the local IT management and LH corporate IT departments
  • Providing operational interface for project internal communication and alignment
