- Develop good understanding of the Service and Delivery Team;
- Translate customer Contracts/Statement of Work into Service Transition Project Plans;
- Lead assigned Transition accounts and execute in a dynamic environment;
- Communicate and Track project status through regular meetings and sync ups with internal and external stakeholders;
- Establish good working relationship with stakeholders across different functions namely Sales, Product Portfolio, Business Development and Service Operations;
- Collaborate with experienced technical staff;
- Report to senior management on project status on a weekly basis;
- Participate in customer workshops and conduct kick-off meetings for Service Transition;
- Take responsibility and drive multiple projects (up to 4).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Telecommunications. University degree in other fields/ specializations will be considered, if the candidate has relevant experience;
- 8 years in the IT Industry, and minimum 4 years relevant experience as a Project Manager implementing IT infrastructure projects;
- Customer facing experience in a multi-national/multi-cultural environment;
- Experience working with cross functional stakeholders;
- PMP/ Prince 2 Practitioner Certified;
- ITIL Foundation knowledge, certification is a plus.
