- Ensure that the requirements are fully captured and analyzed, including all functional and non-functional elements.
- Contribute to the definition of a full end to end service, including processes development, data changes.
- Deliver process and operational change with appropriate structures, SLAs, governance and training.
- Defining Responsibility assignment matrixes (RACI/RASCI).
- Identify and assist with any project risks, issues and dependencies allocated to them; identify the root cause of any blocks and co-ordinate any actions required to resolve them.
- Engage Technology and Risk teams to develop and manage work plans covering the technology requirements, design, integration and deployment of new entitlements workflows.
- Defining high level and detailed process workflows (e.g. Visio Diagrams).
- Documentation of existing and proposed processes
General:
- Excellent knowledge of business analysis methodology skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements) with a proven record of project participation and delivery.
- Ability to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders and drive the requirements forward in an assertive and independent manner in the face of stakeholder resistance, organizational complexity and technical risks and issues.
- Excellent (written and verbal) communication skills in English and consultancy experienceskills.
IT Infrastructure domain knowledge:
- Knowledge and experience in IT Security services relating to identity and access management, access control, authentication, provisioning and approval workflows.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure platforms such as Windows, UNIX, Virtualization, Middleware, Databases etc.
- Proven track record of executing and thorough understanding of the components, impacts, and dependencies relating to access and entitlements systems.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and awareness of industry best practices - network, server, storage, end user technologies.
- Demonstrate an understanding of SDLC.
Nice to have:
- ITIL Processes, in particular Incident, Change, Release and Configuration Management
- IT Operations with respect to access control risks e.g. Segregation of duties, temporary and permanent access invocation approaches
- Knowledge of JIRA.
- Previous experience with user interface design modelling.
The MARI Program has been set up to reduce significantly the risk exposure of staff having privileged access to IT infrastructure, leading to exposure of confidential data and IT control deficiencies. The program consists of three main subprojects: Strategic Implementation, Data Clean-up, Risk Reduction.
The IT Infrastructure Business Analyst role in Strategic Implementation Project encompasses requirements analysis of IT Infrastructure services, strong communication, presentation skills, engagement skills and dealing with multiple stakeholders at all levels, globally.
Main duties:
- Completion of requirements capture and analysis, including functional and non-functional elements.
- Analyzing complex requirements and communicating options in clear terms.
- Implementation, On-Boarding and Migration Planning.
