Medius is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Krakow.
As an IT Helpdesk Technician you will have an important role providing a point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s IT environment.

International end-user support

Day to day IT service work
-
Management of users in our Windows domain, permissions, distribution lists, security groups, Sharepoint groups, ACL and similar.

Monitor and maintain our servers when necessary.

Some networking and firewall configuration

Local office IT (set up of computers, networks, local desktops)

1-3 years of experience from a similar role
-
Previous experience from end-user support
-
Excellent communications skills
-
Broad IT skills and the ability and interest in solving problems

Very good English
